About me

Hi, I’m Dylan. I work with teens and adults who may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. A specific area of interest for me is working with clients who are exploring identity and purpose, or who have tried therapy in the past but found it difficult to feel fully seen or heard. I have clinical experience working with issues such as PTSD, life transitions, suicidal ideation, self-harm, relational challenges, addiction, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and self-esteem.
